Banckert tugboat
The tug Banckert was built in 1965 on the N.V. Scheepswerven in Millingen, Holland, and christened "Maasbank". "Maasbank" did service in the western part of Holland called "Europort" for 12 years. She took part in numerous rescue operations in the North Sea and towed ships throughout the area from France to Norway. In September 1977, the tug was renamed "Banckert".

Kit Description:
This kit features a thermoformed ABS hull and laser cut wooden parts. Rudder
with cort nozzle, 4 mm ship's shaft with stern tube and 3-blade propeller are
provided for propulsion with an electric motor. All hardware parts are included
with building plan and instructions.
