Grumann TBF Avenger Balsa Kit
NEW. Now produced in precise laser technology.
The Grumman TBF initial production order for 286 planes was placed in the
latter part of 1940 and, between 1942 and the end of the 1943, 2, 293 Avenger
were built and delivered to the U.S. Navy. It became the Navy standard
torpedo-bomber of World War 2 and first saw action on June 4, 1942, at the
historic Battle of midway. Used right up to 1954, Avenger also saw service with
the Royal Navy, Canadian Royal Navy and the French Aeronavale.
Guillow's 500 series models include laser-cut balsa boards, a plastic engine
and canopy, decals, a propeller, wheels, paper cover and instructions in German
and English.

balsa parts, light vacuum formed plastic für nose cowl, canopy & small external
details, genuine decal set, scale plastic main wheels (where required), rubber
motor band, Plastic propeller,plastic thust bearing, wire propeller shaft,
covering tissue and generous quality of strip stock.
Tool and accessories

Adhensive (Model airplane cement, white glue
or CA super glue) for model frame construction an white glue for tissue
covering, clear acryilic spray for a protective finish coat. Model building
tools and accessories as workboard, common pins., knife, paints, etc.
